Product Introduction
1、High resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and erosion. It features superior corrosion resistance against high concentrations of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acids, strong alkalis, and oxidizing agents.
2、Its thermal conductivity is higher than that of graphite and other corrosion-resistant materials. Under the same heat exchange efficiency, it requires less surface area, allowing for a more compact exchanger size, significantly reducing the footprint and operational costs.
3、Equipped with a double tube-sheet structure and a liquid guide groove. Any leakage from either side can be detected and handled immediately at the guide groove, ensuring high safety and reliability.
4、The outer tube sheet utilizes a reinforced PTFE plate with an added steel plate as a stiffener. This ensures corrosion resistance while enhancing the creep resistance of the PTFE material.
5、Patented double-sealing structure utilizes FFKM (perfluoroelastomer) O-rings and threaded sleeves to achieve multi-stage sealing between inner and outer tube sheets, effectively eliminating leakage. The wetted surfaces are lined with PTFE or glass-lined enamel to ensure safe operation.
